At Qalore AI, we focus on rapid execution, intelligent systems, and fast delivery. Because our services involve immediate planning, development time, and resource allocation, the following refund terms apply to all projects and engagements.
1. Advance Payment Policy
All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
This is because time, planning, system setup, and development resources are allocated immediately after confirmation.
However, if a client requests a refund after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered only after deducting the value of the time and work already completed. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
2. Full Payment Refund Policy
If a client has paid the full project amount and later requests a refund:
Qalore AI may provide a maximum refund of up to 50% of the total project fee, depending on the stage of the project.
This is because the full payment secures development time, resources, and delivery commitments.
Refund decisions are made after reviewing the amount of work completed.
3. Completed or Delivered Work
Once a project, system, website, software, automation, or AI solution has been delivered or deployed, it is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Client Delays or Non-Response
If a project is delayed due to:
Lack of client communication
Missing content or approvals
Change in requirements after work has started
The project will continue based on the agreed scope. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client.
5. Scope Changes
If a client requests major changes after the project has started:
The request may be treated as a new scope or additional work
Additional fees and timelines may apply
Refunds will not be issued due to scope changes
6. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a client cancels a project before any work has started, Qalore AI may issue a refund after deducting:
Payment processing fees
Administrative costs
7. Subscription or Ongoing Services
For monthly or recurring services:
Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
Clients may cancel future billing at any time
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the billing period
8. Legal Compliance (UAE Considerations)
This policy is designed in line with general UAE commercial practices, where:
Service-based businesses are not required to provide full refunds once work has commenced
Refunds may be adjusted based on time, effort, and resources already used
All disputes will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
